- 1)Managing and handling restaurants and corporate daily procurement/purchasing process.
2)Plan and purchase materials from overseas suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
3)Responsible for handling and coordinating purchases for new restaurant opening.
4)Preparing stock projection for any promotion and coordinating on the stock delivery to restaurants.
5)Sourcing for new products/ new suppliers, obtain quotation and negotiate for the best price.
6)Analyse and prepare stocks reports to enable control of restaurant inventory level.
- Requirements :
- 1)Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
2)Prefer those with working experience in related field for at least 3 - 4 years
3)Experience in procurement / purchasing or administration function will be an added advantage.
4)Possess own transport and minimum travelling is required.
5)Required skill(s): MS Office applications.
6)Good communication,analytical decision making skills are necessary.
7)Self- motivated and able to work independently.
8)Required Language(s) : English, Bahasa Melayu and/or Mandarin
