- - Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials,goods and supplies.
- Review inventories and order as required.
- Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
- Review deliveries against the orders.
- Track the status of any orders.
- Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery.
- Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
- Produce and maintain all reports.
- Undertake all word processing that is required.
- Undertake all filing as required.
- Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments.
- Process purchase orders, delivery orders, monthly custom report and invoices.
- Responsible for delivering our overseas supplier's shipments to our sales team mainly by phone but also by email, as directed by Purchasing Manager.

- - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/""A"" Level/Pre-U,Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with 2-3 years work experience in related field.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material &Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Preferably Mandarin Speaking Candidate.
