Description :
1. Develop, lead and execute procurement strategies
2. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
3. Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
4. Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
5. Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
6. Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
7. Assess, manage and mitigate risks
8. Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
9. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
10. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
 
Requirements :
1. Proven 5 years and above working experience in a procurement manager role
2. Preferably Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
3. Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
4. Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
5. A knack for negotiation and networking
6. Working experience of vendor management software
7. Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures
8. Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions
9. Strong leadership capabilities
10. Multilingual ability
11. Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration is advantage
