Description :: 1. Sourcing and negotiating
2. Weekly MRP review and inventory planning , control and management
3. To monitor and perform stock buffering for materials to prevent production downtime ; as well as keeping inventory in optimal level .
4. To ensure consistency of supply , on time delivery and Purchase price
5. To access quarterly business review
6. Responsible and co work with related department for disposition of excess /obsoletes materials
7. RFQ update , PR and PO processing in Oracle system
8. Co work with logistic to expedite incoming cargo
9. To ensure all Purchasing /Procurement activities are carries out based on company SOP and system requirement .
10. Driver for continuous improvement and cost reduction to meet KPI
Requirements :: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field
2. Min 3 years working experience in the related field
3. Explore in ERP , DPS/MPS and MRP
4. Minimum 3 years experience in sourcing and negotiation
5. Experience in vendor assessment and qualification
6. Explore in ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
7. Able to communicate in Mandarin , English and BM
8. Computer literate . Good in MS office including excel , words , power point
9. Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity
