Description :: - Responsible for managing Plan SOP Plant and monthly loading in QAD Manufacturing Forecast for MRP run.
Computerization of Labor Mfg monthly usage per SOP Plant plans.
- Responsible for managing and facilitating the planning team in processing sales orders, Return Goods Authorization Process and production planning.
- Responsible for driving to the accuracy of the planning-related data in the MRP system and reliable records in all planning reports.
- Responsible for ensuring that production planning impart timely review and release plans monthly and weekly production of subassemblies for manufacturing. Subassemblies and finished goods work orders which will release in a timely manner to the manufacturing sector in order to avoid incurring the difference is not profitable.
- Responsible for facilitating and managing planning teams in dealing with issues affecting the order of the sale area to plant to avoid or reduce the backorder to bear territory.
- Responsible to create, set and drive the activities and processes involved in the planning section to measure, monitor, detect and study routine to meet key performance indicators such as inventory targets, service level targets in arrears plants, backorder and line fill rate.
- Responsible for reviewing and amending the relevant departments GOPs and procedures to reflect current practice and review the work of continuous improvement and increase productivity for parts.
- Responsible for assisting the head of the department in addressing the issues of day-to-day operations, be responsible and take part in the activities of human development associate.
- Responsible for personal due diligence in business, as part of the normal business process, all aspects of the moral, legal and commercial safety, health, property and environment conservation, which is within the normal span of control work, to ensure that all loss prevention policies, procedures and practices, as may be prescribed by the company or local statue implemented as required, be monitored for compliance and enforced
Requirements :: - Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (planning and logistics related experience)
- 5 years experience of production scheduling and distribution logistics in the manufacturing environment
- Computer literacy (MS Word / Excel / Access; QAD; SAP)
- Mempuanyi extensive working experience with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) using QAD or SAP
