Description :: Responsibilities:
1. Able to supervise routine jobs such as maintenance and calibration of laboratory’s equipment, monitor and control the stock of chemicals, spare parts and other consumable/non consumable items.
2. Conducts and certifies incoming raw materials are in compliance with established quality specification.
3. Investigate and determine fitness for use of these materials if quality of raw materials is in questions.
4. Maintaining ISO related documents and records.
5. Assist QC/QA Manager.
6. Upkeep all test records and ensures confidentiality of information.
7. Support ongoing product development.
8. Assist in providing the test results for Certificate of Analysis.
9. To monitor the process in the in-process area.
10. To comply with the Safety policy, ISO 9001:2000, GMP, EP and USP requirement where applicable.
Requirements :: Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Work experience in Palm Oil / Oleochemicals / Candles industry and Research
3. & Development would be an added advantage
4. Proficient in both written and spoken English Independent and initiative
5. In charge of the QA/QC aspect of technical.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Description

We are located on a 70,000 sq. ft. piece of land within a designated Light Industrial Park. Our manufacturing facilities comprise Raw Materials Storage Tanks exceeding 600 Tons, Blending Facilities, Dedicated Beading Towers, Screening Machines, Bagging Machines, Palletizing and Warehousing facilities. These are housed within a covered factory building with an area of 24,000 sq. ft. Our maximum combined capacity is in excess of 200 Tons per day.

Product testing and development is an integral part of our operation for which we are well equipped. Our laboratory equipment include Gas Chromatograph, Fume Cupboard, Lovibond Tintometer, UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, Melt Point Analyzer. We continuously upgrade our laboratory equipment.

We also use the services of approved third-party laboratories for certain cases such as microbe tests and when specified by our customers.

We also have, under long-term lease, a factory having almost 19,000 sq. ft. land area and 9,000 sq. ft. covered building area.
