Description :: 1. Development, Monitoring & Improvement of Warranty, Free Service Claim (FSC) & Technical Support System
2. Liaise with Dealers to troubleshoot SAP system error (Helpdesk)
3. Work in a team with spirit and support team leader / unit head with full commitment
4. Reporting extracting from SAP system
5. Provide system support for incoming queries and issues related to SAP Service systems.
6. On-site support through problem-solving process.
8. Follow up with the users to ensure issues has been resolved
9. Run reports extracting from SAP system. (warranty, free service claim, etc.)
10. Liaise with IT and Vendor regarding the system error.
11. Daily records on issues highlighted by SAP Service Users
12. Involve in UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
13. Supporting the Roll-out of New Temp Dealer
14. Training to New User
15. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussion with users and dealers.
16. Setting up new users’ accounts and authorization and dealing with password issues
17. Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with dealers and other professionals, e.g Vendor
Requirements :: 1. Experience in warranty processing and free service claim processing is added advantages
2. Familiarization with SAP development is added advantages
3. Produce monthly report and activities.
4. Conduct analysis of monthly report and activities.
5. Good communication skills.
6. SAP system knowledge
7. Computer literate
