Description :: - Minimum Degree in either Law, EHS or Audit accounting and experience as a compliance officer or auditor
- At least minimum 2-3 years working experience related to Compliance work or equivalent experience in a compliance department
- Knowledge of compliance laws, including anti-trust, anti-corruption, labour, privacy and related laws
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, teaching and coaching skill
- Proactive, independent and interpersonal skill
Requirements :: - Developing, implementing and managing compliance program
- Monitoring legal and regulatory change that impact business
- Conducting compliance monitoring and audits including vendor audit
- Conducting Risk Management Assessment
- Regularly updating the compliance program based on emerging risk and best practices
- Performing regular compliance assessment
- Environment, Safety and Health Rules and Regulation Compliance Audit
- Interacting and engaging with employees at all levels of the organization to conduct training and build awareness on the importance of compliance and ethics
