Description :: - Manage employee on the production line, to make sure they work together as a team and follow SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Ensure compliance with the approved production methods and quality standards
- Review existing processes and develop solutions to improve quality, increase productivity or reduce costs.
- Monitor the daily production and to implement immediate action to ensure there is no failure for the customer OTD (On Time Delivery)
- Monitor the quality and daily products' to take prompt corrective action to prevent non-compliance
Requirements :: - Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fresh graduates can apply.
- The advantages of the Knowledge of ISO 9001, LEAN, TPM or Six Sigma plus
- Prefer female Candidate (under 35 years)
- Highly motivated and self directed capable of multitasking and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and positive work ethic and positive team attitude.
