Description :: * Project planning, organizing, implementation and monitoring
* Managing project documentation
* Meeting deadline, quality, cost and safety requirements
* Plan tasks / project schedule and attend to site matters
* Evalution of price comparison and costing summary
* Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, suppliers and sub contractors
* Ability to prepare quotation, tenders, estimations, material orders and sourcing will be an added advantage
* Ensures the business need is being addressed and champions the Project to Corporate / Programme Management
* Ensures the right Project Board an PM team is appointed
* Review the project regularly, authorizing expenditure for the next stage or changes to plan
* Unsures the project remains aligned with the organisations's strategic plan
* Has the authority to resolve project issues that exceed the PM's delegation
Requirements :: * Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): MS Powerpoint, MS Word. (Microsoft office application)
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and know Chinese is an advantage
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
* Good written and oral communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
* Posses initiative, self monitoring, team player and able to work independently
* Good interpersonal skills
* Posses own transport
* Full-Time position(s) available.
