Description :: - Manage overall activities of the seafood processing operations, which include production planning, quality assurance, hygiene management.
- Prepare operational plans which are in line with company’s objectives.
- Organize, lead and motivate the teams to achieve production’s goals.
- Optimize production efficiency and control production cost in order to maximize production output and minimize the wastages of materials, time and manpower.
- Manage overall commercial functions, which include business development, customer relationship management. Develop and review business policies, procedures and systems for efficiency of the operations.
- Plan and implement business development strategies and sales administration activities.
- Liaise with the local authorities for regulatory compliance matters.
Requirements :: - Diploma / degree in relevant disciplines.
- Working experience in seafood processing is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a managerial position.
- Experience in handling high volume production is an added advantage.
- Excellent in problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Endau, Pahang.
