Description :: - To ensure that the production lines achieves optimum production capacity.
- To resolve discrepancies in actual versus planned production loadings in fulfilling prompt delivery requirements.
- To ensure the quality of output and timely deliveries in meeting the requirements.
- To review, update and delegate daily tasks to respective line leaders, dandori and operators.
- To train and develop leaders in order to achieve a higher level of people management skill.
- To assist in providing solutions improve production efficiency, equipment performance and product quality, and to monitor and judge the performance and ability of the leaders/operators.
- To perform all other works as and when assigned by the executive, production. To meet/ counseling operator or Leader when necessary
- Work closely with the others department to ensure smooth execution of daily production
- Attend to subordinates attendance and grievances
- Close monitoring of operators for full adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Maintain 5S in Production floor
Requirements :: - Minimum SPM.
- 3 years experience
- Aggressive personality with satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills.
- PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office software packages.
- Strong leadership skills and potentials.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
