- - To issue purchaser order to suppliers and follow up delivery of materials.
- Communicate to suppliers and monitor suppliers performance.
- Maintaining and updating all records relating to purchase of materials.
- Liaise and work closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure the efficiency of the purchasing function.
- Responsible for the delivery, shipping and inventory control to support the production line.
- Manage work orders and monitor production traffic of planned job to ensure it goes according to time planned.
- Follow-up the daily movements of Works-In-Progress (WIP) and coordinate activities with various departments to ensure smooth production flow. - Requirements :
- - Minimum Diploma or Degree in Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma any field.
- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidates with experience of working as Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management in the semiconductor industry preferred.
