- - Manage and allocate cases received on daily basis
- Manage batch case allocation as well as update the status.
- Manage and distribute the priority list and schedule list.
- Manage the administration of case allocation system
- Manage outsource vendors which includes negotiate price and manage delivery status
- Analyze and prepare reports.
- Update research information into the system and manage the circulation of information.
- Attend requests from Case Managers and Research Teams.
- Assist in administrative works of Vendor Management Team. - Requirements :
- - A Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Required language (written & spoken) : English
- Required skills : strong communication skills, excellent planning and organization skills, good analytical skill, good negotiation skills, detailed and meticulous
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Able to work independently and also in team environment
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
