- Manage schedule, execute, supervise and monitor production activities in the factory to achieve all set production & quality target and results.
- To supervise, lead, train & coach production workers to improve the attitude and skills to achieve set targets.
- To submit daily production reports accurately & timely.
- To handle & resolve all problems and issues related to production workers and production activities. 

Requirements :

- Minimum Diploma and above
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Have leadership ability to manage a department
- Responsible and able to handle issues under pressure
