- 1. Supervise daily warehouse activities and coordinate with warehouse assistant and forklift driver for planning of delivery and maximize delivery target.
2. Ensure proper receiving and storage of materials, sub-materials and finished goods in a allocated place.
3. Ensure all data of finished goods are recorded into CPS system and regularly updated.
4. Ensure proper loading of finished goods record according to daily delivery schedule.
5. Ensure all finished goods excess being recorded properly and keep in good condition.
6. Provide guidance and training to new warehouse staff.
7. Keep safety as the priority in carrying out duties.
8. Any other task given from time to time. - Requirements :
- 1. Possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Logistic/Transportation or its equivalent.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
3. Strong leadership trait with the ability to coach and train team.
4. Good leadership skill, proven track record in managing a team.
5. Dynamic, self motivated, initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
6. IT exposure is required.
7. Good written and command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
8. Strong analytical skill, negotiating skills, attention to details and is target oriented.
9. Independent yet able to contribute as a good team player.
