- - Represent the department head during the absence of QA Manager.
- Assist the QA Manager in effective implementation of Quality System and quality plan throughout the department.
- Ensuring the disposition of non conformance product.
- Responsible for quality performance data.
- Disseminate Quality related information effectively within all relevant departments.
- Identify the defect and find out the actual root causes, improvement corrective actions, preventive action and support process in trouble shooting.
- Perform supplier or customer audit.
- Interact with customer for the quality issues. (Customer complaint)
- Handle project and disseminate the project information at department level
- Follow up on inspection plans (new/revise), measurement report are established within frame given.
- Train, evaluate and certify the QC Inspectors or FA Technician
- Ensure all quality control reports, records and procedures are updated from time to time and filed properly in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
- Coordinate with the other department on FA submission.
- Liaise with customer on the FA submission and requirements.
- Manage the calibration system for all metrology equipment and fixtures in the factory.
- Ensure that FA technicians perform/execute in accordance to specification state in PIP (Part Inspection Plan)
- Any other project assigned by the superior as and when required - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably junior and senior executive specializing in Quality Control/Assurance/ FA or equivalent.
- Familiar with ISO System, quality tools eg. SPC, GD & T, FMEA, Inspection Plan and etc (QA). - Lowest Qualification :
