Description :: • To ensure that the plating process is running smoothly.
• To ensure quality is the most important as this will lead to scrap and high QAP cost.
• Responsible for plating process -daily in and out operation.
• Responsible for changing of chemicals when schedule reached.
• Maintaining of gold recovery system and safety of the drums.
• Maintaining plating process and performing trouble shooting of plating operations if there is quality problem.
• Making decision in chemical topping up and ensuring the process is within control.
• Monitor and controlling of monthly chemical inventory and ensure all stock enough to run production.
• To perform daily chemical check to ensure all the chemicals concentration are within the specified limit.
Requirements :: • Degree in Mechanical engineering or Chemical will be advantage.
• At least 3 years of working experience in plating process operation.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented and independent individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skill and able to communicate at all level of people in the organization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills in plating operation.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
