Description :: • Assist in formulating training policies, procedures and conduct training needs analysis
• Develop and implement yearly training plan
• Review and improve training guidelines, ensure compliant to standard policies & conduct / review orientation programs
• Conduct and deliver inhouse training program as and when required
• Develop system and process in support to talent / succession planning initiatives
• Responsible for HRDF applications and reimbursements
• Manage & maintain training records as per standard requirements
• Prepares / compile periodical training reports for analysis
• Directly involve in leading the audit and ensure compliant to ISO/HACCP
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources.
• Minumum 2 to 3 years of related working experience in Training & Development and other general HR functions
• Effective communicator at all levels
• Computer literacy and familiar with MS applictions (Excel/Words/Powerpoint)
