- -Responsible for a production line on processes, output, quality control & manpower planning.
-Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.
-Evaluating incoming orders and setting up the production line accordingly.
-Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity, production quality and safety standards are complied.
-Performing record keeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking.
-Training & supervising new production line workers.
-Liaise with technician for machine set up and machine down/problem.
-Maintaining a fully operational, safe and tidy work environment. - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in operations / manufacturing / logistic or equivalent.
-At least 1 years experience of supervisory in manufacturing environment
-Strong leadership and supervision skills.
-Candidates with high flexibility and able to start work immediately would be advantageous. - Lowest Qualification :
