Description :: - Supervise and guide the injection maintenance team
- Optimize injection Mold settings on machines
- Overall responsibility for the plant & machine maintenance activities.
- Responsible for smooth running on all production machineries through preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Responsible for the maintenance such as air compressor/ utilities supply/ factory facilities and fabrication.
- Responsible for smooth running on all production machineries through preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Liaise with certain suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Provide on-job-training to new employees
- Participate in ISO activities and customers’ audit and inspection.
- To carry out continuous improvement activities so as to improve machine performance.
- To implement cost down activities and hence, reduce utility waste.
- Inculcate 5s well housekeeping habits and maintain discipline on the production line.
Requirements :: - At least SPM level.
- Preferably 3-5 years relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting mechanical elements.
- Knowledge of optimizing injection settings
- Knowledge of motivate subordinates.
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
