Description :: - Manage the day-to-day operation of the group in an aggregate production environment to produce quality material and ensure cost efficiency and optimal utilization of plant and equipment
- Manage the performances of subordinate personnel, work independently, meet deadlines and manage the assigned Plant with fiscal integrity
- Schedule production and execute preventative maintenance routines
- Inspects jobs in progress and at completion to ensure that standards of workmanship and safety are maintained
- Assists in coordinating activities between Sales and Operations to ensure proper balance between production and inventory levels in order to serve the customers
Requirements :: • Good team player and leader who is self-motivated and able to motivate others.
• Good interpersonal and strong communication and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing or equivalent
• Possess 3~ 5 years of relevant experience in production planning.
