- 1. Training and Development
a. End to end operation on staffing training management, sourcing training provider for all training (training plan and adhoc training)
b. Responsible for all clerical and administrative tasks related to training and development program
c. Liaise with the training providers, obtains and assist in training requirements, materials
d. Communicate with departments and participants for the training
e. In-charge for HRDF overall
f. Conducting and compiling data for TNI for all employees
g. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly report
h. Upkeep training related documents
i. Prepare and upkeep training bond documents
j. Any other task assigned by superior
k. ISO requirement and documentation under training
2. Recruitment
a. End to end operation on recruitment process for all categories including job posting, interview arrangement and recruitment administration.
b. Conducting on-boarding program for all new employees
c. Liaise and communicate with department heads on the requirement for all vacancies
d. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly report
e. Upkeep recruitment related documents
f. Prepare and upkeep training bond documents
g. Any other task assigned by superior
h. ISO and requirement and documentation under recruitment
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
