- • Report to the Manufacturing Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Assist in keeping manufacturing operational
• General site maintenance
• General facilities and compound maintenance
• Respond to sudden breakdowns during production
• Carry out preventative maintenance
• Record breakdowns and maintenance and report to line manager
• Test equipment and make sure it’s safe for manufacturing
- Requirements :
- • Minimum 10 years’ hands-on manufacturing/workshop experience
• Degree/Higher, Certificate in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent mechanical knowledge required
• Must be hands on and prepared to diagnose and repair workshop equipment
• Must have experience in working with pumps, hydraulics, low pressure air
• Knowledge of injection molding and/or extrusion processes would be advantageous
• Knowledge in hydrostatic testing advantageous
• Responsible, a team player, able to communicate in English and integrate well in an international environment
• Knowledge of seismic and hydrographic equipment would be an added advantage
