- 1. Plan, organize and direct the production operations to meet the production target and quality standards.
2. Lead and manage production team to achieve production target.
3. Manage manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and facilities.
4. Manage, maintain and update raw materials and packaging materials requirement for production.
5. Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly production reports and organize routine production meeting.
6. Ensure proper documentation, housekeeping and hygiene on production floor to comply with HACCP/HALAL/ Food Safety Standards.
7. Continually improve safety record by addressing and improving both physical safety issue and employee safety attitudes.
8. Responsible review and support for Food Safety System implementation (e.g. HACCP, GMP, HALAL, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS) - Requirements :
- - Degree in Food Science or related field.
- 5 - 7 years managerial experience in Food Processing / Manufacturing or related industries.
- Hands on experience in implementing best practices in Food Processing / Manufacturing processes and technology.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP and ISO requirements.
Computer literate in Microsoft application and exposure to an integrated software environment would be an added advantage.
