- • Running machine in optimum condition.
• To be responsible for machine condition, e.g. reject, efficiency and material yield.
• To ensure material quantity received and balance quantity is tally during end of completed job order.
• Segregating any non-conforming product and dispose accordingly.
• To record all manufacturing data, e.g. TES, Control Plan, Flange Measurement, 15 Minutes Checklist, Hourly Rejection, Loose Carton Info, Sorting Cards, etc.
• To assist in machine tooling set-up or preventive maintenance jobs.
• To ensure product’s quality are meeting customer’s expectation.
• To ensure smooth running of production in order to meet committed delivery deadline without compromising on quality.
• To maintain good 5S and discipline with proper communication and leadership.
• Support Supervisor in training of operator. - Requirements :
- • Minimum Profesional Certificate and above
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• Preferrable Male
• Can write and speak in English
• Willing to work in rotating shift - Lowest Qualification :
