Description :: - Managing a group of R&D's staff and drive them in achieving company goals
- To initiate and support full products development process including but not limited to market research, samples evaluation and sourcing
- Responsible for new product qualification including document preparation, ie. B.O.M, S.O.P, Packing Method, P.P.M etc
To evaluate production feasibility of design concepts, cost effectiveness of product samples and market relevance from design strategic perspective
- To compile and ensure completeness of products development documentation including analysis of independent evaluation reports and technical drawing details
- To ensure strict compliance on timeliness of product design deadline
- To communicate effectively with marketing and production personnel on contentious issues in relation to products design
Requirements :: - Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or other equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of at least 3 years working experience in related field
- Be hands-on (knowledge of AutoCad would be useful) and have effective management skills
- Be pro-active and have good communication skill (English & Mandarin speaking)
- Be able to work independently or with minimum supervision
