Description :: - Manage QC instruments upkeep and maintenance, and take part in continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance of ISO standards and 5S practice in day-to-day QC operation.
- Assist HOD in supervising daily QC tasks management and oversee a team of QC Technicians.
- Product Quality inspection of precision mechanical parts, materials within stipulated timeframe.
- Record the dimension of components/parts in standard QC report format and analyse the findings for discrepancy.
- Responsible to program and perform measuring tasks with fully automated measuring instruments
- Update and manage quality rejection in ERP system, quality analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Requirements :: - Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Working experience: Minimum 5-8 years in quality control
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, spoken Mandarin an added advantage.
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
