Description :: • Responsible for Customer order fulfilment and business goal.
• Co-ordinate with Customer on current and subsequent order or forecast for planning purposes.
• 100% On time delivery.
• Conduct meeting with Production team for potential product bottlenecks , product prioritized to ensure all shipments are fulfilled.
• Collate relevant data, analysed the data for Operation meeting and decision making.
• Effective Inventory/materials management and production scheduling to support customer demand.
• Raw Material Ordering, Optimization of Capacity, Machine Utilization, and Plan Throughput Maximization.
• Reduction of Raw material and Finish Good Inventories through optimization machine OEE and production planning.
• Conduct monthly staff meeting to ensure planning performance and issued are resolved .
Requirements :: • Good team player and leader who is self-motivated and able to motivate others.
• Good interpersonal and strong communication and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing or equivalent
• Possess 3~ 5 years of relevant experience in production planning.
• Prior experience in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Table , V-Lookup and Syleline is advantageous
