Description :: -To assist the Head of Department to monitor and to improve productivity.
-To assist the Head of Department to monitor and to reduce wastage and downtime.
-To ensure all the activities carried out by production are comply with BRC, HACCP, GMP, local government regulation and company standard/SOP.
-To work out production schedule and shipment plan with Supply Chain and to fulfil the plan accordingly.
-To promote and ensure that safety procedures and practices in production area are adhered to at all times.
-To ensure product quality and process integrity is upheld.
-To ensure all the production facilities are in good running condition with the help of Maintenance team.
-To ensure all the production record and report are completed accurately in daily basis.
-To justify and fully utilize the resources and manpower at production area.
-To manage and monitor the work perform by Assistant Supervisor, Production Clerk, Line Leader and Operator.
-To initiate training program for staff when required.
-To perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management from time to time.
Requirements :: -Manufacturing industry experience
-Have the knowledge in 5’s and GMP
-Able to manage foreign and local workers.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
