Description :: 1. Interpret customer drawing and documents.
2. Review the WPS and all relevant procedures.
3. Review WPS, Welder certification and ensure all the consumable, material size, conditional of material (MVR), equipment, preheat are carried out accordingly.
4. Carried out fit up inspection (Root face, bevel angle, root gap, alignment, seam offset, joint cleanliness before welding.)
5. Monitor welding parameter.
6. Perform visual inspection as per code and specification requirement to verify that standards are met.
7. Apply knowledge of welding principles and metallurgical properties.
8. Test pack preparation.
9. Monitor and supervise all welding activities.
10. To prepare all relevant document/report needed.
11. Liaise with customer on specific requirement on new/existing project.
12. To ensure all process design to follow customer specification and requirement.
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least Certified Welding Inspection Level II or Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding)
or equivalent.
2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
4. Knowledge in semiconductor field is an added advantage
5. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
6. Goal-oriented and a good team player
