Description :: - To oversee and supervise day to day work activities in the production to ensure all operations run according to production goals and quality standard.
- Ensure all equipment are well maintained and operating at optimum performance.
- To ensure strict compliance of the production procedures and safety environment
- To perform in-process and out-going production inspection to ensure conformance to food safety system
- Conduct visual inspection for incoming raw materials, approve finished products by conforming specification and ensure proper records.
- To be responsible for all QA&QC activities
- Any other related tasking assigned by Production Manager.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least SPM; extra advantage for Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Food Technology/Nutrition.
- 1-2 years experiences in food manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Required languages: English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
