Description :: - To assist the Senior Production Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of Production Department.
- To ensure output objective is properly achieved within the specified time frame in and effective and efficient manner
- To work closely with the Industrial Engineer (IE) in improving and smooth upgrading of production operation through systematic time study and work flow process
- To effectively plan and maximize the utilization of resources on the production floor.
- To analyze work method, human material handling system and work on improvement plan.
- To identify and submit a short and long term plan of the Indutrial Engineer for implementation.
- To monitor and review the periodical efficiency reports.
- To achieve all Key Performance Index (KPI) that will be given by the management from time to time.
- To monitor and review all report such as Production, Raw Material Usage, Rejection, Daily abnormality and etc.
- To highlight to the Senior Production Manager when assistance is needed.
- All data and documents are highly classified and they are prohibited leaving from the company's premises and/or circulated to unauthorized personnel in the company.
- To ensure proper, efficient and effective document filing within the department.
- To maintain and update data of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) the respective production department.
- To work closely with Senior Production Manager and his staff on work studies and its results and recommendation thereafter.
- To perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Ms Office, Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
