- - To attend to Customer complaint together with the Process Owner. Prepare 5D/8D report to customer.
- Monitoring and follow up customer complaint status.
- Liase with the Process Owner on customer complaint and also follow up the action plan.
- Follow up and audit the action plan status.
- Ensure proper follow up in each case and all complaints should be
closed up with proper investigation, justification and corrective action/preventive action taken.
- Monitoring on Customer satisfaction rating .
- Support QAT Team in QMS implementation, customer requirement and Monitoring and daily report on the inplant rejection.
- Liase with the Process Owner on the rejection disposition.
- Plan and train subordinate in QC related jobs to instill awareness in their work and to upgrade their inspection and reporting skills.
- Plan and lead in Small Group Activities with subordinates and cross
functional staff to bring tangible and intangible improvement which will generate cost saving and quality impact.
- As an Internal Auditor
- To take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and other persons who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work.
- To cooperate and comply with any instruction measure duty or
requirement imposed on the employer or any other persons in the discharge of any duty on occupations safety and healt instituted by or under the Occupational Safety and Healt Act or any other related regulations.
- To undertake duties to comply with ISO 14001 and other environmental regulations
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by Superior - Requirements :
- - Technical Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 3 years related working experience
- Familiar with ISO 9002 requirement and Statistical Process Control

We purchase approximately 3 million tons of wire rod per year as our basic material. Depending on our customers’ needs, we draw wire from it in different diameters and strengths, even as thin as ultrafine fibers of one micron. We group the wires into cords, ropes and strands, weave or knit them into fabric, or process them into an end product. Depending on the application, we apply coatings which reduce friction, improve corrosion resistance, or enhance adhesion with other materials.
