Description :: -To promote the company & to prospect for new customers.
-To build and maintain good rapport with customers.
-To understand customers' requirements and work together with other departments to fulfill customers' requirements.
-Issuance of sales orders as per customers’ purchase order
-Liaise with customers and production department on pre and post production process to ensure goods are delivered to customer on schedule.
-Handle customers’ complaints & verification of defective products
-Develop and build new business.
-Monitor the production status of the order issued.
-Follow up with planner, production department and warehouse department to ensure the delivery date is met.
-To perform monthly stock checking duties.
-Perform credit assessment on new and existing customers.
-Provide good customer service to other departments and promote team works spirits among the sales team and with other departments
Requirements :: Open to any graduate, an Engineering/Technical background will be an advantage.
-Good spoken and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and any other local dialect will be an advantage.
-Minimum Experience Required: -3-5 Years
-Ability to sell, have a friendly nature
-Ability to handle customers effectively
-Possess excellent communication skills
-Negotiation Skills
-Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition
-Willing to travel and love meeting people
