- -Responsible for processing vendor invoices
-Work closely with AP lead and manager to improve AP work flow
-Ensure month end AP closing is completed on time with accuracy
-Prepare AP payment on time and accurately
-Management and administration of overall day-to day AP related accounting functions
-Undertake any ad-hoc assignment as and when required to provide management with timely financial reports, analysis and information for decision making
-Maintain effective liaison with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and other relevant parties
-Ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting accounting data and compliance with accounting standards, Companies Regulations and statutory
requirements

- -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English,
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): accounting knowledge
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
