- • Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards.
• Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost.
• Confer with vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.
• Study and propose layout of workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities.
• Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization.
• Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material and utilities.
• Regulate review and propose workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations. - Requirements :
- • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Technology of Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering and Failure Mode Effect Analysis
• Posses knowledge of ISO9001:2000 and ERP system
• Result driven, adapt at problem solving and multi-tasking and are able to work independently with minimum supervision, maintain a positive attitude under pressure in a
dynamic growing environment, self motivate, and proactive possess strong initiative.
• Good interpersonal skills with experience to serve/communicate with customers, pleasant personality and are able to cultivate good relationships with people at all levels.
• Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin is a prerequisite with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Candidate must be well versed with MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
• Possess own transport.
