- -Responsible for managing weekly Forecast from customers
-Manage day-to-day customer order processing
-Working with Planners to provide Order commitment delivery to Customers
-Committed and driving Customer satisfaction as priority
-Rescheduling orders in system to ensure Promise date accuracy
-Maintaining open communications with customers
-Managing filing systems and ensure proper documentation on orders and shipments
-Accomplish duties assigned by Management from time to time
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Mgmt, Marketing or equivalent.
-Minimum 5 – 8 yars of working experience in related field is required for this position
-Knowledge of relevant software applications including Google Application
-Proficient in use of computer `s email and internet
-Experienced user of MS office programs: MS Excel, MS Word and MS Presentation.
-Self-motivated nature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
-Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal skill.
-Good communication, organizational, analytic and problem solving skills
-Knowledge of Oracle will be an added advantage
