- -Perform machinery preventive maintenance
-Troubleshooting machinery failure, find root cause and establish preventive action
-Servicing of damaged part and keep it in good working condition
-Liaise with external contractor on part repair
-Monitor critical spare part movement
-Upkeep mechanical spare part list based on spare part movement
-Initiate purchasing process when spare part level reach minimum
-Upkeep maintenance work order and PM work order
-Establish and monitor shell life of critical parts, eg. impression roller, boiler, compressor, etc.
-Assist in engineering project
-Lead and execute small improvement project
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-At least 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Mechanical Engineering
-Core Skill of gearbox servicing, pump overhauling, machine alignment and pneumatic system troubleshooting.
