- - To develop and execute sales strategy to expand the customer base, thus ensuring achievement of revenue targets.
- To establish performance goals for all corporate sales personnel and monitor performance on a continual basis.
- To provide supervision, training direction and leadership to the corporate sales team.
- To develop alternative revenue streams to maximize sales by initiating new ideas for product development and identify new business opportunities.
- Directs & monitors activities of corporate sales personnel in order to accomplish goals and contribute to the profitability of the Company.
- Holds weekly meetings to critique sales activities and educate corporate sales personnel on the new information concerning Company’s policies, Company’s products,
immediate sales needs & etc.
- Proactively review and improve sales and customer services processes. - Requirements :
- -Diploma / Degree required. Concentration in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or any related discipline.
-At least 5 years in corporate sales role within professional services environment.
-Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience.
-A proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program.
-Those who are in premium and gifts industries or involve in corporate sales will be highly consider.
-Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with people at all levels in the organization.
-Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
-Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
