Description :: - Responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and Product Specifications in efficient manner.
- Oversee all daily operations of the QA/ QC Department to ensure policies and procedures are followed and delegating and assigning tasks to QA/ QC team.
Requirements :: - Technical competence and confidence, strong, persuasive communicator and coach, with the ability to relate to other professionals, peers, and field operators, both technical and non-technical.
- At least 5 years of directly related experience required, including manufacturing quality control and quality assurance, and auditing.
- ISO, GMP, HACCP, HALAL program development & Strong understanding of required third party audit required programs and standards.
- Degree in food technology, food science, food service or related curriculum required.
