- - Plan, direct, control and supervise all activities of subordinates in the Quality Assurance Department to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the department in providing product testing and laboratory services to the operation.
- Coordinate customers’, statutory and compliance visits and audits.
- Responsible for internal audits and training of internal auditors and related personnel.
- Maintain, coordinate, audit and ensure compliance and continuous validity of Quality Management System and quality certification such as ISO 9001, Halal certification, customers’ quality certification, etc.
- Undertake process improvement projects to improve quality and productivity in the operation. - Requirements :
- - Minimum Degree holder in Chemistry or related discipline.
Experience in chemical industries and/or strong knowledge in Atomic Absorption Spectrometer and Gas Chromatography would be an added advantage.
- Familiar with the ISO principles, standards and inspection methods.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 version would be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, coordination and multi-tasking abilities.
- Customer service-minded, detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
- Good oral and written presentation and communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be an additional advantage.
- Willing to work in Ipoh, Perak - Lowest Qualification :
