- - To supervise and manage resources to achieve quality, delivery and cost goals.
- To manage the performance and motivation of the production operator team.
- To close monitoring of production operator team for full adherence to standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
- To work together with Production Manager to improve productivity and product quality.
- To ensure proper daily cleaning of production area, equipment and machinery.
- To maintain good GMP or housekeeping at the production floor through the involvement of all team members.
- To implement quality procedures, health, safety and environment initiatives and promote productivity improvements.
- To participate in continuos improvement programme. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a STPM or Diploma.
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for ths position.
- Experience in managing and motivating employees.
- Knowledge and experience in manufacturing industry, well versed with Quality Management system and GMP will be an added advantage.
- A team player with good communication skill. - Lowest Qualification :

FormTech Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a glove former manufacturing company, based in Nilai. The firm was founded in May 2011 as an international joint-venture. FormTech’s focus is on manufacturing high quality glove formers for the medical glove industry. Gloves produced with our formers are currently distributed to more than 300 customers in 80 countries.
Our management team has been in the glove former business for many years and together they have a strong background in Mechanical and Ceramic Engineering as well as in Applied Sciences. We can also rely on a strong team of ambitious employees with equally long experience in the industry.
