- - Responsible for material arrangement to fulfil daily production plan.
- To issue PR & PO according to lead-time.
- To send weekly forecast and pull plan to supplier in view of the latest customer's / production requirement.
- Weekly review inventory level versus production schedule planning.
- To arrange RTV (Return to Vendor) parts to supplier and coordinate on goods replacement or CN/DN.
- To monitor supplier on-time delivery according to plan.
- Perform ECN cut in the new pricing implementation.
- Handles material quality issues and delivery issues.
- To do proper escalation on material shortage issues.
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing industry is required for this position.
- Understand the BOM
- Ability to control purchase requisitions, purchase orders and -
other relevant documents.
- Able to do material planning
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of ERP System
