Description :: -To coordinate with the team on any engineering/design changes that come from customers
-To audit and ensure all customer’s asset is traceable, identified and in proper condition
-To coordinate and provide containment, root cause analysis, short/long corrective actions for any discrepancies highlighted by customer
-To coordinate with different department to identify cause and action plan for any product/process failure raised internally
-To ensure all fixtures/ machines/ tooling are calibrated periodically
- To ensure and manage proper maintenance on the equipment at the End Of Line (EOL) inspection station
-To work together with customer’s for any audit arrangement on Quality System
-To ensure compliance with all customers’ product/process requirements and investigate on failures when there is occurrence
- To participate in ISO/CMQS/customer audits
- To train/qualified/manage the resources allocated to the End Of Line (EOL)inspection station
-To audit and propose continuous improvement plan to improve product quality
- To ensure periodic reports to customer is submitted in a timely manner
-To ensure safety and proper housekeeping at End Of Line (EOL) Station
-To drive and establish documentation (procedure/ work instruction/ quality alert) for compliance & standardization
Requirements :: -Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics or equivalent
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in Quality field Exposure on assembly, automation, plastic injection moulding Exposure in ISO 9001 & 14001 is an added advantage
-Organised, fast learner and able to multitask PC Literate (Microsoft Office)
-Good technical and hands-on skill Bilingual (Bahasa Malaysia & English)
- Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability to frequent changes
