Description :: -Responsible to prepare and maintain full set of accounts.
-Manages the day-to-day financial operations of the Company, develop and supervises the finance department.
-Manages cash flow, collections, payments, forecasting and planning, foreign currencies transactions.
-Responsible for preparing financial statement, cash-flow statement, balance sheet and profit and loss statements, department budget/allocation status, other
accounting schedules and reports on monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/yearly basis for Management review and decision-making.
-Prepare forecast/ budget and monitor actual performance.
-Oversees tax and audit activities of the Company.
-To liaise with external auditors, tax agent, solicitors, bankers, company secretary and other professionals to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax
and statutory requirements and governments bodies pertaining to finance matters.
-Responsible for the overall efficient and effective financial activities of the Company and keeping the management current and up-to-date on all financial matters.
-To be responsible to oversees financial system controls and standards and ensures timely financial and statistical reports for Management decision.
-To maintain fixed asset register and ensure that all fixed assets are properly identify.
-Review contracts and legal document requirement with assistance from Legal Office
-To provide required information in Tender / Sebutharga for the submission by Sales team.
-To assist Pre-sales and Sales team in completing the Tender / Sebutharga document.
-Train, develop, guidance and motivate the direct subordinates in all financial activities in the department.
-To perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management from time to time.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
-Knowledge in utilize Unigraphics CAD design tool
-Support Program management in technical, product design and product timing reviews
-Develop and review the new technical solutions for our customers
