Description :: -To promote products to existing merchants and develop new merchants.
-To maintain positive working relationship with merchants in order to achieve excellent customer relationship.
-Be responsible to inquiries from merchants and able to resolve merchant's complaints.
-Conduct regular product training to merchants.
-Work closely with sales team such as salesperson, store-keeper and logistic team to ensure achievement of the overall operation and sales target.
-To provide support in term of market intelligence and feedback on market trend as well as conducting market research to understand market needs.
-To assist the company in the execution of marketing programs and participating in formulating sales and promotion plans.
-To expand brand presence and product availability within assigned territory.
-To ensure profit growth based on company's expectation.
-Handling collection and credit issues.
-Responsible for any other related duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements :: -Due to nature of work, we seek for CHINESE SPEAKING candidates.
-Candidates must be able to travel.
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Social
Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Logistic/Transportation or any related fields.
-Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
-Preferably Junior / Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
