- -To manage the administration of a portfolio of International customer.
-Liaising with customers for orders, payments, and documentation to ensure smooth delivery to account dept. and director.
-Prepare & follow up on education enrolments and related sales & marketing materials
-Actively involved in processing of sales data and related marketing issues.
-Coordinate with shipping agent for delivery.
-Liaising with freight forwarders.
-Planning of customer’s delivery / shipment schedule.
-Prepare weekly / monthly shipment schedule.
- Requirements :
- -Must possess at least SPM / STPM or level with 1 year relevant experience
-Candidates must be able to travel extensively & have good initiative, strong interpersonal & communication skills, aggressive, self motivated & result oriented
-Candidates with lower educational background but with working experience may be considered. - Lowest Qualification :
