- -Generate ideas and provide cost effective, robust and manufacturability design solution to customers.
-Participate actively in design FMEA in analyzing the causes and effects of product failure and their associated causes have been consider and addressed.
-Provide design product for manufacturability (DFM) analysis and feedback timely to Manager.
-Convert the file to PDF & DFX by using Solidworks in short cycle time for RFQ.
-Participate actively in part review.
-Follow up engineering build right from committed delivery date until shipped out.
-Timely generate Engineering drawings, Process Traveler and NC Bend/Laser/Turret Punch programming.
-Review engineering change and study any manufacturing impacts like blank opening, tooling and timely documentation updating.
-Evaluate and validate effectiveness of process, tooling, jigs & fixtures before full implementation.
-Provide information to Project Management in drafting out Process Management Plan, Process Flow and Process FMEA.
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication)
or equivalent.
-At least 3 years of working experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication and Assembly is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Product Design, AUTOCAD, Solidwork, Programming, Data Analysis & Costing.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas,Phase IV.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
