- - Handling full set of road transport import/export shipments' documentation & coordination, including:
- Perform booking with trucker and hauliers,
- Coordinate with transporter to ensure cargo cargoes deliver on time and safe,
- Procurement - Rate negotiations with liners and other suppliers,
- Ensure accurate & timely billing
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with suppliers
- Deal with customer queries, pertaining to their shipments & billings
- Generate customer service related reports as and when requested by the Management - Requirements :
- - Able to work on extended hours
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
